I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with your service - and with the service of the whole Accurate team - when I recently needed plumbing assistance. I called several local plumbers and, though some of them quoted lower rates, speaking to the person who answered the phone either did not inspire confidence or was an outright unpleasant experience. I was about to accept this as the nature of the business until I called you.

Please let your supervisor know that it was your cheerfulness, willingness to listen, and attitude of real concern for the customer that made my decision to hire Accurate for the job. If other customers also take into consideration how they are treated by the dispatcher or other first contact, then I am sure you have been responsible for helping many people choose Accurate. And when the mechanic, John M., arrived for the job I was not dissapointed. Everyone at Accurate dealth with me in a straighforward, courteous, and very helpful manner. On the advice of John and the other dispatcher that were working that Saturday (March 17), we caulked the tiles and solved our mysterious leakage problem. It is also nice to finally have our drains running freely!
